Riding the Rollercoaster from the 'Idea' to the 'Commercialisation
What's the Big Idea Workshop offers innovators a greater understanding of the roller coaster ride in taking an 'idea' through to achieving commercial outcomes. It will enable you to assess the feasibility of your idea/product along the way and make informed decisions in relation to your investment in commercialisation. You will also be provided with the tools you need to develop a sound commercialisation plan.

- Intellectual Property protection & strategies
- How to assess the feasibility of your idea/product at different stages
- The key elements required to develop a robust Commercialisation Strategy & Plan

Over the past 20 years, Gillian Walker a Director of Price Walker Consulting Pty Ltd, has worked with many early stage innovators in the areas of commercialisation, growth management and investment raising.
She has developed a range of successful workshops programs in the areas of commercialisation, market entry for innovators, investment readiness, and finance raising and delivered seminars and workshops to hundreds of early stage innovators.
Gillian was also a Business Mentor in Victoria for the COMET Program for many years which gave her considerable exposure to leading edge innovative technologies and inventors.
