Please Note: Public Consultation regarding Footpath Trading Guidelines closed on Wednesday 1 July. For further information, please contact Manager Economic Development & Tourism - 03 9209 6593. · Standard setbacks from existing street furniture and nearby parking
The review will include a risk assessment against relevant legislation including the Local Government Act, the Disability Discrimination Act and relevant liquor licence and outdoor smoking controls.
