Leigh Crocker is a leading strategy advisor and management consultant and has worked in Australia and internationally. After graduating from UNSW (B.Com -Marketing), Leigh worked in senior management positions with large multinationals and successfully ran his own family business for over 15 years.
Leigh has worked as an advisor to hundreds of businesses – including projects with small/medium sized businesses and in the corporate sector. He trains consultants, lectures and mentors business managers.
As a strategic thinker, planner and mentor, he is across all aspects of resource optimisiation, marketing and systems thinking to assist businesses with organisational change.
Since 2006, Leigh has also been working with PricewaterhouseCoopers to introduce the Closed System to the corporate sector and is now focusing on small to medium businesses where his passion lies.

| Melissa Burge - General Manager ION Group Pty Ltd |

Melissa Burge is well known for her experience with small-medium sized businesses, particularly in the Hospitality and Tourism sector. She owns and manages The Koonwarra Food Wine and Produce Store in South Gippsland – an historic and iconic regional restaurant. Melissa has also worked as a consultant and advisor on high-profile projects (Victorian Major Events Slow Food project, Melbourne Food & Wine, and Victorian Tourism Development Board) and as a consultant to commercial retail, tourism and other ventures.
Melissa is business manager, a Strategy Advisor and oversees all projects.
