	Tim Connellan has been an owner/operator of his own small businesses for 35+ years and currently runs Pacific Mediation, one of Melbourne's most successful dispute resolution businesses.    Tim pent 3 years as Victorian president of the Australian Small Business Association, and was founding chairman of Jobseeking Over Forties Association (JOFA).   A member of Small Business Minister's Advisory Round Table, Tim has an interest in creating profitable, sustainable small businesses.
