Guiding future use and development of Fisherman's Bend

 

The City of Port Phillip is preparing a Planning and Economic Development Strategy which will guide land use and development in the Fisherman’s Bend industrial precinct over the next five years.

 

The Strategy will consider future business activity, development patterns and infrastructure requirements across the precinct. Within this context it will need to recognise the role of Fisherman’s Bend at a regional level while considering the planning and environmental outcomes at the local level.

A Study Background Report  (discussion paper prepared by Charter Keck Cramer and Hansen Partnership) is available as download. Council will seek public submissions once the Draft Strategy is completed.
