SBMS mentors, specialising in either business planning or marketing will be able to advise on a wide range of issues. If you have questions about marketing, management, planning or finance, a SBMS mentor will be able to head you on the right path.

Destination Melbourne and the City of Port Phillip in conjunction with the Tourism Excellence Program invite you to participate in an e-marketing workshop.

This half day workshop is specifically designed to ensure tailored solutions and one to one opportunities, numbers are capped at a certain capacity to enable in depth and valuable learning and outcomes.

BUSINess PLANNING WORKSHOP - SERIES

Does Your Business Need a Plan?

Get your business goals in order and create a practical plan to achieving them in this enlightening workshop series. You'll learn how to set SMART goals, how to determine urgent from important, what a SWOT Analysis is, and tips on creating Mission and Business Statements.

The workshop consists of 16 hours of group work plus 5 valuable hours of one on one work with each participating business.

Workshop will commence on Tuesday 20 April, and continue with sessions on Tuesdays 27 April, 4 May and 11 May from 4pm to 8pm.
