Display of Goods

Display of goods must be located on the kerbside of the trading zone and not in the centre of the footpath.

Display of goods must be placed outside the premises to which they relate, during business hours as indicated on the footpath trading permit. They must not be affixed to any footpath, building, street furniture, pole or other structure.

Food displays must comply with any requirements of the council's Health Services Unit on 9209 6292.

To apply for a permit for a Display of Goods please complete and submit a Footpath Trading Application Form 2008/2009.
