The City of Port Phillip is conducting a Census of Land Use and Employment (CLUE) in the St Kilda Activity Centre Precinct (bound by Fitzroy Street North and South; St Kilda Road Junction; St Kilda Road East and West; Blessington Street; Marine Parade and Jacka Boulevard).

 

The study specifically examines the economic activity, local employment levels, industry structure and land use in the area.

 

The information gathered will assist Council’s statutory planning and strategic management, business development and support services, the planning of service delivery and infrastructure, and serve as a valuable information source for a wide range of public and private organisations. It is also an important tool for local businesses, as it assists to better understand the customer base and local market.
