Just like life, owning a small business is a mixture of excitement, anticipation and trepidation.

You want to give it everything but can easily become a slave to it rather than making it work for you. As a consequence, you lose sight of where you’re going.

If you don’t have defined, achievable goals and an understanding of the best strategies to realise them, precious time is lost on unnecessary and unproductive processes

By undertaking the Business Planning Workshop, presented in four interactive group sessions, you will develop the skills to know where and how to focus your energies now, and in the future.

The workshop consists of 16 hours of group work and 5 hours face to face with each participant at their workplace or another venue to be determined. Workshop dates and times: Day 1 - 20 April, Day 2 - 27  April, Day 3 - 4  May, Day 4 - 11 May.

Here’s What You’ll Learn:

• Set measurable goals and objectives for your business

• Identify and address current concerns which are inhibiting profitability

• Learn how to determine and prioritise the important issues

When You Attend this Workshop you’ll receive:

• A one hour pre-workshop diagnostic to determine your needs

• 16 hours of group tutorials facilitated by an experienced business advisor

• Five hour of individual follow up focused on your business

• A workbook detailing all aspects discussed in the workshop, including case studies of all processes and easy-to-use blank templates to use for your own purposes.

Who Should Attend?

This course is ideal for small business owners who have been in business for two years or more and find they work too hard for too few results and can’t find time to develop effective solutions to problems.
